Longevity Secrets of Healthy Seniors: How They Stay Vibrant into Their 80s and 90s

One of the most scary/stressful things for a woman

or couple to go through is trying to conceive. It seems

much scarier when it should be one of the most exciting

times in your life. As someone who has been there and

been in both sides, I have put together this tutorial, which

will lead you through how to get pregnant naturally all while

easing the stress and making this process fun (or as fun as it

can be!).

One of the best ways to ease your journey of trying to conceive is to maintain

some level of discipline in your lifestyle and what you eat.

You may also want to do away with stress.

Stress is the number one factor that keeps women barren in our society today because unlike the olden days that men work and provide for women,  the modern woman needs to work to contribute to the welfare of the family.  The stress of waking up early even when you haven't had enough sleep coupled with the stressful nature of your job,  can make you infertile.

Many miscarriages happen due to stress if the woman doesn't have the time to rest between the first three months of her pregnancy. During this first phase of pregnancy,  miscarriage can occur when you run,  jog,  walk or stand up for too long,  do too much house chores,  climb the stairs, lifting weights or heavy objects  or working for long hours on your feet.  Let me shock you: miscarriage can happen if your husband shakes you vigorously during sex. Some people have lost their pregnancies because someone slapped or beat them during the first trimester.

There was this other case of a Dental Therapist who always loses her pregnancies because her job required her to stand on end.

A woman was childless for years and was always crying her heart out until someone came and asked her to resign and take some rest and she would conceive.  She believed the man and resigned from the job,  only for her to get pregnant within three months of her resignation!

Some women may not find it difficult to conceive or maintain a pregnancy under stress but bodies are different so it's now left for you to figure out what works for you and what doesn't work for you.

Stress Remedies

If your job is stressful,  you may wish to take some time off to  go on vacation with your husband. This may increase your chances of getting pregnant and once pregnant,  reduced your activities or if possible,  get other people to help you with your stressful works,  have lots of bed rest and do little or nothing until your pregnancy is about 4 months before you continue living your normal life.

This normal life I am talking about doesn't mean it should be stressful or that you have to continue lifting heavy weights.  Neither does it mean that you have to start running or jogging.  It means you can do a few of your house chores normally, and can climb the stairs without fear and can even pound with a mortar and pestle but not vigorously. Everything needs to be done in moderation.

5 Ways to Heal Your Gut and Boost Your Mood The good news is you can nourish your gut and your mind at the same time. Small, consistent changes in your diet and lifestyle can make a big difference. 1. Eat More Probiotic Foods Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that help restore gut balance. Your face is like a health dashboard:What Your Face Reveals About Your Health

What Your Face Reveals About Your Health: Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore They say the face is the mirror of the soul but did you know it’s also a mirror of your health? Your skin, eyes, lips, and even the color of your cheeks can reveal a lot about what’s happening inside your body. In traditional Chinese medicine, facial mapping has long been used to detect internal imbalances, and even modern medicine recognizes that certain facial signs can indicate underlying health conditions. Let’s explore how the state of your face can reveal the state of your health — and the key indicators you should look out for. 1. Pale or Yellowish Skin: Signs of Anemia or Liver Issues If your face looks unusually pale, it might be a sign of anemia, meaning your body lacks enough healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen. A yellowish tone, especially in the eyes or skin, could point to jaundice, often linked to liver or gallbladder problems. 🩸 What it may indicate: Iron or vitamin B12 deficiency Liver disea...
