Seed oils: health hazards or misunderstood ?

How I cured my severe toothache by myself.

Last week, I suffered from a severe toothache that almost pushed me to visit a dentist. However, I decided to try a few home remedies first because I was worried that the dentist might recommend extracting one or two teeth.

I started experimenting with different natural remedies, including cloves, garlic, and bitter leaves. When I first juiced some bitter leaves and drank the extract, I noticed that the frequency of the pain reduced significantly. That made me think I might have found something helpful.

Later that night, I chewed a few garlic cloves and kept them on the affected tooth for a while before swallowing. Immediately afterward, I chewed some fresh bitter leaves and left them around the painful area before going to bed.

To my surprise, I slept peacefully all night.

The following day, I repeated the same process. The intense pain that had spread to my head, ear, and jaw gradually disappeared, leaving only a mild discomfort around the affected tooth.

A little later, I bought some ibuprofen to help manage the remaining pain and inflammation, and within a short time, the toothache was completely gone.

What I realized from this experience is that bitter leaves may have helped because they contain natural compounds with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Garlic is also known for its antimicrobial effects, which may have contributed to the relief I experienced.

That said, it's important to remember that pain relief does not always mean the underlying dental problem has been cured. Toothaches can be caused by cavities, infections, gum disease, or other conditions that may require professional treatment.

This was simply my personal experience, and while these remedies seemed to help me, anyone with persistent, severe, or recurring tooth pain should consider consulting a qualified dentist.

Have you ever used a natural remedy that surprisingly worked for you? Share your experience in the comments.
